Luna Funeral Concierge provides a website assistant for funeral directors. Luna can help visitors understand approved services, pricing guidance, locations, FAQs and callback options shown or approved by the funeral director.

Luna helps visitors understand information and request a callback. Luna does not make funeral arrangements, confirm availability, confirm final prices, accept instructions, or make decisions for families.

The funeral director remains responsible for reviewing information, confirming exact fees, timings, arrangements and any next steps with the family.

Luna does not provide legal advice. Visitors should speak with the funeral director, relevant authorities, or an appropriate professional for advice specific to their situation.

A free preview lets a funeral director review Luna privately before anything is installed on their website. Luna should only be made live once the funeral director has checked and approved the information Luna can use.

Paid access, setup fees and monthly subscriptions will be agreed separately with the funeral director. Any plan details shown on the website are subject to confirmation before activation.

Luna must not be used to mislead visitors, impersonate a funeral director, collect unnecessary personal information, or publish information that has not been reviewed where review is required.

We aim to keep Luna available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting issues or third-party service issues may occasionally affect the service.
