Luna Funeral Concierge

Security Notice

Last updated: 10 July 2026

This Security Notice explains the practical steps Luna Concierge takes to protect information. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but Luna is designed around careful access control and data minimisation.

How Luna protects information

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data handled by Luna Concierge. This includes limiting access, using secure hosting, and avoiding the storage of unnecessary information where possible.

Access controls

Funeral director dashboard access is restricted to authorised accounts. Admin functions are separated from funeral director dashboards and should only be available to approved Luna administrators.

Data minimisation

Luna is designed not to store full visitor chat history by default. Callback summaries are saved only where the visitor agrees for details to be passed to the funeral director.

Infrastructure and secrets

Production hosting should use HTTPS. Service role keys and other secrets must be kept server-side in environment variables and must not be committed to the repository or exposed to browser code.

Monitoring and incident handling

We review errors and logs to identify issues. If we become aware of a security incident, we will investigate and take appropriate action, including notifying affected parties where required.

Responsible disclosure

If you believe you have found a security issue, please contact Luna Concierge with enough detail for us to investigate. Please do not attempt to access data that does not belong to you.

These pages are practical starter notices for Luna Concierge and should be reviewed by a qualified legal or privacy professional before full public launch.
