This Privacy Policy explains what information Luna Concierge collects, why it is used, and how it is protected. Luna is designed to minimise personal data and support sensitive funeral enquiries respectfully.
Who we are
Luna Funeral Concierge provides website assistant software for funeral directors. If you contact us directly, Luna Concierge is responsible for handling that enquiry. If you use Luna on a funeral director website, the funeral director may also be responsible for how your enquiry is handled.
Information we collect
For funeral directors, we may collect business name, website URL, contact email, phone number, plan information and account details needed to provide the service.
For website visitors, Luna is designed not to store full chat history by default. A short enquiry or callback summary may be saved only where the visitor agrees for details to be passed to the funeral director.
Contact form messages are stored so we can reply to the enquiry. This may include name, email, phone number, business name, website URL and message content.
Callback request data
Where a visitor consents to a callback request, Luna may save the name, phone or email, preferred callback time, enquiry type, urgent flag, short enquiry summary, consent status and creation time.
How we use information
We use information to provide private previews, operate Luna on approved websites, respond to messages, pass consented callback requests to funeral directors, maintain security and improve the service.
Services we use
Luna may use trusted service providers such as Supabase for database and authentication, Vercel for hosting, OpenAI for AI responses, and Resend for email notifications. Additional workflow or notification tools may be added as the service develops.
Data minimisation and retention
We do not intentionally collect more information than is needed to help with an enquiry, callback request or business account. Data is kept only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, unless a longer period is required for legal, security or audit reasons.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information held by Luna Concierge, subject to applicable law. You may also object to certain processing or request that we restrict how information is used.

Privacy questions can be sent through the Luna Concierge contact page. In the UK, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how personal data is handled.
